SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our packages are shipped with GLS. If the package arrives with any damage, please write to email@example.com the same day the package is delivered so that we can deal with the inconvenience.
It is important that you keep the package as you received it.
Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you must be aware and take care of local customs taxes.
We prepare the orders from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm and once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside these hours or on a holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next working day. Once we have your order in our central warehouse, we will ship it through our trusted courier service so that it arrives as soon as possible. Below, we detail the delivery times:
National delivery: 2 days
Shipping Balearic Islands, Andorra: 3 - 5 days
Canary Islands Shipping, Ceuta Melilla: 3 - 5 days
EU shipment: 5 - 7 days
International shipping: 7 - 10 days
*In case of delay in delivery, do not hesitate to contact us by email. We also recommend that you talk to the concierge of your building, perhaps they have received the package there.
6ème galerie will not be responsible for any interruptions to Services, delays, errors, malfunctions and, in general, any other inconvenience that may arise from causes beyond the control of 6ème galerie, and/or that are caused by acts of God or force majeure. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 1105 of the Civil Code, shall be included in the concept of Force Majeure, in addition, and for the purposes of these General Conditions, all those events occurring outside the control of 6ème galerie, such as: failure of third parties, operators or service companies, acts of government, lack of access to third party networks, acts or omissions of public authorities, those produced as a result of natural phenomena, blackouts, etc. and the attack of hackers or third parties specializing in security or integrity of the computer system, provided that 6ème galerie has taken reasonable security measures in accordance with the state of the art. In any case, whatever the cause, 6ème galerie will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage and/or loss of profit.
CHANGES AND RETURNS:
You can return or exchange the items purchased, you have up to 15 days from receipt of your order online in the guest collection and within 5 working days in the bridal capsule collection. To return or exchange an item, you must contact our customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org providing the order number and proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any related accessories, and cannot be washed, worn or damaged. They must keep their original labels, their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. The shipping costs of the change or return will be paid by the customer.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or registered mail and keep the proof of shipment until its arrival. Once we receive the item and check that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the return or exchange within a maximum of 5 working days.
6ème galerie reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges communicated or sent after the deadline, or of garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
In the event that we have mistakenly sent you an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at email@example.com for a return and/or exchange. In this case, 6ème galerie will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
