SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All our packages are shipped with MAILBOXES (UPS). If the package arrived with a defect, write to firstname.lastname@example.org same day of the delivery of the package to be able to process the inconvenience with the delivery company. It is important that you keep the package as it was received.
* Please bear in mind that if you are outside of the European Union, you should be aware and take charge of local customs taxes.
We prepare the orders from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside this time or on holiday, we will organize it the next working day. Once we have your order in the central warehouse, we make the delivery through our courier company so it will arrive to you as soon as possible. Here we detail the delivery times:
National: 2 days
Balearic Islands, Andorra: 3 - 5 days
Canary Islands, Ceuta Melilla: 3 -5 days
EU: 5 - 7 days
International: 7 - 10 days
* In case of delay in delivery, check the tracking number that you will receive by email.
6ème galerie will not be responsible in case of interruptions of the Services, delays, errors, malfunctions of the same and, in general, other inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond the control of 6ème galerie, and/or have by origin causes of fortuitous case or force majeure. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 1105 of the Civil Code, the concept of Force Majeure shall also include, in addition, and for the purposes of these General Conditions, all events occurring outside the control of 6ème galerie, such as: failure of third parties, operators or service companies, acts of government, lack of access to third party networks, acts or omissions of Public Authorities, those caused by natural phenomena, blackouts, etc. and the attack of hackers or third parties specialized in the security or integrity of the computer system, provided that 6ème galerie has taken reasonable security measures in accordance with the state of the art. In any case, regardless of its cause, 6ème galerie will not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage and/or loss of profit.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
We exchange or refund items within 15 days of receipt of your online order.
To exchange or return an item, the client should contact our Customer Care service by e-mail email@example.com providing the order number and proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original conditions, along with any accessory related to them, can not be washed, used or damaged. They must keep the original labels, the original full packaging and attached the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning one part of the order. The product must be sent to the following address:

Please note that you will organize and pay the shipping costs of the delivery.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by certificate courier and keep the proof of the delivery.
Once the article arrives and we check that it is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund or exchange in a maximum period of 5 working days.
6ème galerie reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent
outside the fixed period, or garments that are not in the same conditions that were received.
In the event that we have sent to you by mistake an item different from the one requested or the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return or change. In this case, 6ème galerie will assume the costs of shipping and return.
